The capture manager devises a strategy for searching out promising new business opportunities and clients, and turning those opportunities into new business for the company
Duties include all phases of capture management - identification, qualification, capture, and familiarity with proposal management and pricing. Individual will lead the capture planning for opportunities supporting Information Technology related activities. Individual will be an integral part of the business development team, supporting proposal activities, marketing, communications, competitive analysis, and business development. Individual will also identify and participate, as required, in marketing events such as trade shows and seminars that support capture objectives. As required for successful capture, the individual will also participate in proposal development. Individual will present capture status and be key in making pursue discussions. Individual will also identify and qualify prospective teaming partners.
Candidate must be a US citizen with a minimum of a BS degree with recent experience in the US Intelligence Community.
Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet SCI eligibility and polygraph requirements for access to classified information
Candidate must have strong skills in new business development, program management, proposal management, contracts/subcontracts, configuration management, business management and sales.
